While our pub space in Johnsonburg, New Jersey is being built, we are thrilled to announce the launch of a very special part of our event programming, The Lone Pilgrim Wine and Spirits Supper Club!

Last year we partnered with the Highlands Dinner Club for several amazing outdoor cooking events (see our event galleries). Now we are happy to add VOS Selections, importers and distributers of fine wines, spirits, and sakes, to our partners list. Together we’ll be bringing you many opportunities to join us for extraordinary wine and spirits themed events in the coming year. Plus, in the very near future, you’ll be invited to join our membership and subscribe to The Lone Pilgrim Curated Wine & Spirits Online Shop  to receive a box of wine delivered to your door every month with selections curated by professional chefs, amateur chefs, food enthusiasts, LP Staff, and of course, wine experts.

Our first LP Supper Club event (tickets still available) features six wines curated by VOS’s own Lee Chasalow and Rebekah Kennedy. Three chefs, Ben Walmer of Highlands Dinner Club, AJ Capella of Summit House, and Lee Chasalow of HDC & VOS, were challenged with creating a menu around six wines. We spent an amazing day tasting each selection, brainstorming menu ideas, cooking over an open fire, and of course, ended with a beautiful feast.
