general manager.

Through a series of pop-up events over the past two years, The Lone Pilgrim has cultivated a distinct culture based on creative culinary collaboration over open-fire cooking and the simple yet profound joy of gathering with new and old friends to cook, dine, and imbibe outdoors. As we enter the next phase and prepare to open our pub space in Johnsonburg, New Jersey, we are excited to build a community of kindred spirits who share our passion for creating and growing this truly unique dining experience both in the pub and through our special events.

Foundational to The Lone Pilgrim’s culinary identity is the procurement of the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients, and we’re proud to partner with our area’s farmers, bakers, brewers, millers, and vintners. We are most interested in team members who can nurture our existing relationships as well as foster new opportunities of partnership and collaboration while working to keep us organized on our journey to opening day.
